This is the BEST experience that I have ever had with a company. From beginning to end, all the details were covered. The work done was remarkable and completed in record time. I had my old roof removed and a new one on in one day which is unbelievable but it happened. The gutters & covers were put on the following day. There was no stress at all because Cam Kress & Nathan sat down with me and explained everything about the process of installation and exactly what to expect and when. The three of us picked roof & gutter colors to complement the house and then they spent 45 minutes explaining the entire process start to finish and answering my questions. Cam gave me his number so that I could call at any time with questions. They always had a person /site manager on the premises to answer questions when work was being done and that was extremely helpful. They do not expect payment until the full project is done. Afterwards I noticed two things with the roof that I was concerned about and a worker was sent out to fix my concerns. He went over the entire roof and fixed the two things that I had questions about and then proceeded to look at the entire roof one more time. He made sure that I was happy prior to leaving. After he finished, Cam Kress , my site manager, immediately contacted me and made sure that everything was to my liking. I had zero stress through the process. No pressure sales , which was important to me. I am extremely happy that I chose Invictus Roofing. Great roofing work. Reasonable price. Exceptional customer service.
