These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other individuals who access or use the Invictus Roofing website or engage with our services in the Atlanta metro area (including Woodstock, Johns Creek, Cherokee County, and surrounding communities) and the Nashville metro area (including Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, and surrounding communities).

1. About Invictus Roofing

Invictus Construction Group, LLC operates under the trade name Invictus Roofing. We are a licensed general contractor and roofing company serving residential and commercial clients in Georgia and Tennessee. Our Tennessee General Contractor License covers projects above the applicable dollar threshold as required by state law.

Our services include residential roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutter replacement, siding, painting, commercial roofing, and related construction services.

2. Services and Scope of Work

2.1 Free Inspections and Estimates

We offer complimentary roof inspections and estimates at no charge and with no obligation to the homeowner or property owner. Requesting an inspection does not commit you to any purchase or service agreement. Our team will provide an honest assessment of your roof’s condition and outline any recommended work in plain language.

2.2 Service Agreements

All work performed by Invictus Roofing is governed by a written service agreement or proposal signed by both parties. No work will begin without your written authorization. The scope, materials, timeline, and pricing outlined in your signed agreement represent the full and final terms for that project.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

We are committed to transparent, upfront pricing. Your written estimate will itemize the cost of labor, materials, and any applicable fees. We do not add hidden charges after the fact. If the scope of work changes during a project, we will discuss the change with you and provide a written change order before proceeding.

We offer several payment options, including standard payment upon project completion, financing through our third-party financing partner, and our pay-at-closing option for eligible real estate transactions. Details for each option will be provided during the estimate process. Pay-at-closing arrangements are subject to verification of funds through the closing attorney.

2.4 Insurance Claims

Invictus Roofing can assist you in navigating the insurance claim process for storm or hail damage. Our team will document the damage, communicate with your adjuster, and work within the scope approved by your insurance carrier. We will not ask you to sign over your insurance claim or engage in any practice that conflicts with your policy terms or applicable law.

3. Certifications and Credentials

Invictus Roofing holds the following certifications and licenses. These credentials reflect our commitment to quality installation and customer protection:

•       GAF Master Elite Contractor – held by fewer than 2% of roofing contractors in North America

•       CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster – our highest residential designation for shingle installation quality

•       GAF Coatings Pro Plus – advanced training in roof coating systems

•       Owens Corning Preferred Contractor – certified for product installation and warranty activation

•       General Contractor License (Tennessee) – legally authorized to manage full-scope construction projects in Tennessee

These certifications allow us to offer enhanced manufacturer warranties, including the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty and the CertainTeed SureStart PLUS Warranty, where applicable. Specific warranty coverage will be outlined in your project agreement.

7. Warranties and Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials will be outlined in your signed project agreement. Manufacturer warranties are issued directly by GAF, CertainTeed, or Owens Corning, as applicable, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Warranty coverage depends on the products installed and whether your project qualifies under the manufacturer’s certified installer program.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and assess the situation at no charge to you if the issue falls within the warranty period.

8. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve any concerns directly and promptly. If you have a question or complaint, please contact us first so we can work toward a solution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in the state where the project was performed, in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver: you agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia or Tennessee, depending on the location of the project.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
