Crew must protect landscaping and nearby property features throughout the job, including decks, pools/spas, equipment, and A/C units. Follow all standard site requirements, including use of ladder stabilizers, ice and water application at critical roof areas, ridge vent installation on all ridges, gutter cleaning with blower, and leaving three squares on the pallet. Final cleanup must be thorough, including blower cleanup, removal of scuffs or tar marks, and magnetic nail sweeping around the home, landscaping, driveway, and sidewalks. Crew must bring a dump trailer, wear plain shirts, and avoid parking on the grass.
