This project involves a full-service roof replacement featuring a robust secondary water barrier and advanced ventilation. The crew will install a new ridge vent system on all ridges and apply ice and water shields across all critical leak points, including valleys, chimneys, roof-to-wall transitions, and all roof penetrations.

The primary focus of this job is the strict adherence to Property Protection and Cleanup Protocols:

• Asset Shielding: Mandatory covering of all decks, pools, spas, and pool equipment throughout the day. A/C units must be protected during the demolition phase, with protection removed immediately following the tear-off.
• Landscaping & Exterior Care: The crew must exercise extreme caution around landscaping and is strictly prohibited from parking on the grass. To prevent structural damage, ladder stabilizers must be used for all roof access.
• Debris & Safety Management: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. To ensure safety for the residents, a “thorough nail sweep” using magnetic rollers must be performed multiple times across the landscaping, driveways, and sidewalks.
• Final Detailing: Post-installation includes blowing out all gutters, driveways, walkways, and window seals. Additionally, the crew is responsible for removing all scuff or tar marks from the house siding and surrounding hardscapes.
• Inventory Note: Please leave exactly three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner.
