The crew is tasked with providing enhanced moisture protection for a 3/12 pitch section (approx. 6×7) and a matching 3/12 pitch area over the Master suite. These areas require a full application of Ice and Water shield to prevent wind-driven rain intrusion. Per the homeowner’s requirements, the Site Supervisor must document these specific areas with photographs upon completion.
The technical scope is rounded out by a full-system ventilation upgrade, including new ridge vents on all ridges and Ice and Water shields at all standard transition points such as valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall penetrations.

The crew must exercise extreme caution around all landscaping, pools, spas, and decks. All equipment and outdoor living spaces must remain covered throughout the day.
Structural Safety:
Ladder stabilizers are mandatory to protect the home’s exterior. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the Alpharetta lawn.
Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. The crew is expected to maintain professional standards by wearing plain shirts.
Exhaustive Clean-up: The project concludes with a “white-glove” remediation, including blowing out all gutters, clearing window seals/handrails, and removing tar or scuff marks from the home.
