This project involves a full roof replacement with an emphasis on property-wide protective measures and structural health checks. The technical scope includes a complete ventilation upgrade with new ridge vents installed on all ridges and a high-performance secondary water barrier using Ice and Water shields on all valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall transitions.

The property features a complex outdoor living space on the back elevation that requires a specialized protection protocol:

• Pergola & Deck Shielding: A primary directive is to tarp all the way over and around the pergola located on the back deck to ensure zero debris intrusion. All outdoor grills must also be securely tarped before production begins.
• Soffit Inspection: The crew is tasked with a specific inspection of the wood soffit in the back corner by the deck (pergola side) to identify and address any rot or structural compromise.
• Asset Integrity: Continuous protection of A/C units, landscaping, and equipment is mandatory. Ladder stabilizers must be used at all times to prevent damage to the gutter line or siding.
• Site Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. To maintain property standards, parking on the grass is strictly prohibited, and crew members are required to wear plain shirts.
• Exhaustive Remediation: The project concludes with a “white-glove” cleanup, including blowing out gutters and window seals, removing tar or scuff marks, and a thorough magnetic sweep of all driveways, walkways, and landscaped areas to ensure a nail-free environment.
• Inventory: Please leave three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner.
