This project involves a complete roof replacement with a focus on modernizing the home’s ventilation profile. The technical scope includes the removal of the existing power fan and a full conversion to a ridge vent system installed across all ridges. To ensure long-term structural integrity, a reinforced secondary water barrier using Ice and Water shields will be applied to all high-risk areas, including valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall transitions. A critical directive for this site is that all existing pest control/wildlife exclusion systems must remain intact and undisturbed during the installation.

Due to the property’s location and layout, the crew must adhere to a strict logistical and protection protocol:

• Traffic & Parking Management: To maintain neighborhood accessibility, the crew is strictly prohibited from blocking the street. If primary parking is full, additional parking is available at the rear of the property. Parking on the grass is strictly forbidden.
• Property & Asset Shielding: Continuous protection is required for all landscaping, decks, and pool/spa equipment. A/C units must be covered during the demolition phase, with covers removed immediately following the tear-off.
• Operational Safety: A Dump Trailer is mandatory for all debris. For safety and gutter preservation, ladder stabilizers must be used for all roof access.
• Professional Conduct: Crew members must wear plain shirts and maintain a high standard of site cleanliness.
• Exhaustive Clean-up: The project concludes with a “white-glove” remediation, including blowing out gutters, window seals, and handrails. Any tar or scuff marks must be cleaned from the home.
• Safety Sweep: Multiple magnetic roller passes are required across all driveways, sidewalks, and landscaped areas to ensure a completely nail-free environment.
• Inventory: Please leave exactly three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner.
