Due to the specific features of the Brentwood property, the crew must adhere to an elevated site-management protocol:

• Safety & Pet Coordination: The customer has dogs that will need to be let out periodically. The crew must maintain a safe environment and coordinate with the homeowner to ensure pet safety during these times.
• Electronics & Lighting Protection: Extra caution is required to protect integrated Christmas lights on the house and wired landscaping lights throughout the yard.
• Pool & Equipment Shielding: A high-priority requirement is the total protection of the pool, spa, and all associated mechanical equipment. These areas must remain covered and secured throughout the entire work day.
• Meticulous Debris Recovery: A Dump Trailer is mandatory. Given the presence of pets, multiple nail sweeps using magnetic rollers are required across all landscaping, driveways, and sidewalks.
