A high priority for this site is a thorough drainage system restoration, including a full blow-out of all gutters and downspouts to ensure unobstructed water flow. As a standard for this property, ice and water shields will be applied to all high-risk areas, including roof-to-wall transitions, valleys, and all penetrations.

Site Management & Protection:

• Mechanical Ventilation: Special care must be taken to protect the integrity of the power vents during the tear-off and installation phases.
• Property Shielding: Mandatory protection for A/C units, pools, spas, and all surrounding landscaping. Covers must remain in place throughout the workday.
• Safety & Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required. The crew must wear plain shirts, utilize ladder stabilizers, and strictly avoid parking on any grass surfaces.
