Site Management & Protection Protocols:

• Exterior Asset Protection: All decks, pools, spas, and A/C units must be fully covered and protected throughout the workday.
• Property Integrity: To preserve the Brentwood estate, parking on the grass is strictly prohibited, and ladder stabilizers are mandatory for all access points.
