Technical roofing standards include the installation of a new ridge vent system across all ridges and the application of ice and water shields at all valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall transitions.

To ensure the integrity of the property, the following protection and logistics protocols are in place:

• Site Logistics & Protection: A Dump Trailer is mandatory. The crew must protect all A/C units, pools, spas, and landscaping throughout the day. Ladder stabilizers are required to prevent further gutter or siding damage.
• Property Standards: Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. The crew is expected to maintain a professional appearance by wearing plain shirts and ensuring all decks and equipment remain covered until completion.
• Comprehensive Clean-up: Upon completion, the crew must blow out all gutters, driveways, walkways, and window seals. A thorough magnetic sweep of the landscaping and sidewalks is required to ensure no metal debris remains. All scuffs or tar marks must be cleaned from the house and walkways.
• Materials: Please leave exactly three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner’s records.
