A dump trailer is required, plain shirts must be worn, and vehicles must not park on the grass. Use ladder stabilizers, apply ice and water shield around all roof-to-wall areas, valleys, chimneys, and penetrations, and install ridge vent on all ridges. Leave three squares on the pallet, clean gutters with a blower, remove A/C protection after demo, and complete a thorough final cleanup including nail sweep, magnet rolling, and removal of scuffs or tar marks.
