The installation features a full-system ventilation upgrade with ridge vents installed on all ridges and the application of a high-performance secondary water barrier using Ice and Water shields on all valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall transitions.

Site Management & Property Protection:

• Exterior Asset Shielding: Comprehensive protection is required for all landscaping, decks, and pool/spa equipment. All A/C units must be shielded during the production phase, with covers removed immediately following the tear-off.
• Structural Integrity: The use of ladder stabilizers is mandatory for all roof access to prevent damage to the gutter line or siding. To preserve the Fayetteville lawn, parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
• Logistics & Presentation: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. The crew must adhere to professional standards by wearing plain shirts and maintaining a highly organized workspace.
