This project involves a complete roofing system replacement with a color profile to be determined (TBD). The technical scope includes a full ventilation upgrade with ridge vents and the application of Ice and Water shields at all critical transition points, including valleys, chimneys, and roof-to-wall penetrations.
A primary focus of this assignment is the Full System Gutter Maintenance and Targeted Replacement. The crew is tasked with:
- Sectional Replacement: Replacing the gutters and downspouts specifically located above the back deck.
- Structural Reinforcement: Addressing backing-out gutter nails across the entire system by reinstalling hardware or adding hidden fasteners where necessary to ensure a secure mount.
- System Sealing: Performing a comprehensive cleaning of all gutters and applying professional-grade sealant to all joints to eliminate leaks.
Site Management & Protection Protocols:
- Deck & Asset Preservation: Because work is being performed directly above the back deck, the deck and all surrounding equipment must be meticulously covered. A/C units and landscaping must also be shielded throughout the day.
- Structural Integrity: Ladder stabilizers are mandatory for all roof and gutter access. To preserve the Fayetteville lawn, parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
- Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. Crew members must wear plain shirts and maintain a high standard of professional conduct.
- Exhaustive Clean-up: The project concludes with a “white-glove” remediation, including blowing out all gutters, window seals, and handrails. Any tar or scuff marks must be cleaned from the house and walkways.
- Safety Sweep: Multiple magnetic roller passes are required across all driveways, sidewalks, and landscaped areas to ensure a 100% nail-free environment.
