This project involves a complete roofing system replacement combined with a total drainage upgrade. The technical roofing scope includes a full ventilation conversion with ridge vents installed on all ridges and the application of Ice and Water shields at all critical junctions, including valleys, chimneys, and all roof-to-wall penetrations. As part of the roof preparation, the crew is responsible for the permanent removal of the existing satellite dish.

Following the roof installation, the home’s water management system will be upgraded to 6″ K-style seamless gutters paired with 3×4 oversized downspouts, all finished in 30 White. This upgrade is designed to significantly increase the property’s drainage capacity and protect the foundation.

Site Management & Protection Protocols:

• Exterior Asset Shielding: Rigorous protection is required for all landscaping, decks, and pool/spa equipment. All A/C units must be covered during the demolition phase, with covers removed immediately following the tear-off.
• Structural Safety: Ladder stabilizers are mandatory to prevent damage to the home’s siding or new gutter lines. Parking on any grass surface is strictly prohibited.
• Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required for efficient debris removal. The crew must maintain professional standards by wearing plain shirts.
• Exhaustive Remediation: The project concludes with a “white-glove” cleanup, including blowing out all new gutters, clearing window seals/handrails, and removing any tar or scuff marks from the home and hardscapes.
• Safety Sweep: Multiple magnetic roller passes are mandatory across all driveways, sidewalks, and landscaped areas to ensure a 100% nail-free environment.
• Inventory: Please leave exactly three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner.
