Scope includes removing and replacing all flashing and counter flashing, and the crew must bring a metal break for proper fabrication and installation. Extra caution is required to minimize debris entering the neighbor’s yard on the left, as requested by the homeowner, while also protecting the newly installed fences on both sides of the home.

Follow all standard jobsite requirements, including bringing a dump trailer, wearing plain shirts, avoiding parking on grass, protecting landscaping and nearby equipment, using ladder stabilizers, applying ice and water shield at required areas, cleaning gutters, installing ridge vent on all ridges, and completing a thorough final cleanup with blower and magnet roller.
