As part of the drainage preparation, the crew is tasked with the removal and disposal of all existing gutter screens. Following the roof installation, the gutters must be thoroughly cleared using blowers to ensure a debris-free water management system.

Site Management & Protection Protocols:

• Asset Shielding: Rigorous protection is required for all landscaping, decks, and pool/spa equipment. All A/C units must be covered during the demolition phase, with covers removed immediately after the tear-off to maintain unit health.
• Structural Safety: The use of ladder stabilizers is mandatory for all roof access to protect the home’s siding and gutter lines. To preserve the Milton lawn, parking on any grass surface is strictly prohibited.
• Logistics: A Dump Trailer is required on-site to handle the high volume of debris associated with a 66-square project. The crew must maintain a professional appearance by wearing plain shirts.
• Exhaustive Remediation: The project concludes with a “white-glove” cleanup, including blowing out driveways, walkways, window seals, and handrails. Any tar or scuff marks must be meticulously cleaned from the home’s exterior and hardscapes.
• Safety Sweep: Multiple magnetic roller passes are required across all driveways, sidewalks, and landscaped areas to ensure a 100% nail-free environment.
• Inventory: Please leave exactly three squares of shingles on the pallet for the homeowner’s future use.
