• Asset Shielding: Rigorous protection is required for all decks, pools/spas, and equipment. All A/C units must be covered during the production phase, with protection removed immediately following the tear-off to ensure unit safety.
• Structural Safety: The use of ladder stabilizers is mandatory for all structure access to prevent gutter or siding damage. To preserve the Peachtree City lawn, parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
• Logistics & Professionalism: A Dump Trailer is required on-site. Crew members must maintain a professional appearance by wearing plain shirts and keeping an organized workspace.
• Exhaustive Remediation: The project concludes with a “white-glove” cleanup, including blowing out all gutters, window seals, and handrails. Any tar or scuff marks must be meticulously cleaned from the house and walkways.
