Replace 30LF of damaged gutter on the front of the home in Franklin. New gutter color is Senox Linen. Crew must bring a dump trailer and wear plain shirts. Do not park on the grass. Protect all landscaping, decks, pools/spas, nearby equipment, and A/C units before work begins, and remove A/C protection after demo. Crews must use ladder stabilizers and keep all protected areas covered throughout the day. Upon completion, clean gutters with a blower, blow off driveways, walkways, decks/handrails, and window seals, remove scuffs and tar marks from surfaces, and use magnetic rollers around the home, landscaping, driveways, and sidewalks.
