Additionally, the service includes the installation of new ridge vents across all peaks and the application of ice and water shields at all critical transition points (valleys, roof-to-wall, and penetrations).

The property features extensive amenities that require a “zero-impact” protection strategy:

• Structural Diversion: Building a cricket behind the chimney to ensure proper water flow away from the masonry.
• Sensitive Equipment: The crew must work around and preserve the existing satellite dish and ensure all A/C units, pools/spas, and decks are fully covered during production.
