Perform a 1-square roof return at the Spring Hill property. Crew must protect all landscaping, decks, pools/spas, nearby equipment, and A/C units, with extra care around the Japanese maple trees. Remove the satellite dish and follow all standard jobsite requirements, including using ladder stabilizers, keeping protective coverings in place throughout the day, applying ice and water around all roof-to-wall areas, valleys, chimneys, and penetrations, cleaning gutters with a blower, installing ridge vent on all ridges, and completing a thorough magnetic nail sweep. Final cleanup must include blowing off driveways, walkways, decks/handrails, and window seals, as well as removing any scuffs or tar marks.
